The look and the feel
The beads are a deep warm brown with a slight wood-like grain — close to the colour of brewed tea or aged walnut. Each one is carved rather than polished smooth, so the surface has visible texture you can feel under your thumb. - Scent — the listing name says “herbal,” which is the product line’s traditional name. The beads themselves are a carved wood-composite material, not a scented diffuser — what you actually notice is a faint woody smell from the natural material, which fades within a few days of opening the package.
What we do not promise
Some listings for this style make medical or historical claims (calming scents, ancient medicinal recipes, specific herb blends). Our set is sold as jewellery, not as a wellness product. The beads do not release a continuous aroma and we make no therapeutic claims. If you want a piece of jewellery that looks like the photos, this is that piece. If you are looking for a diffuser bracelet, this is not it.
Care
- Remove before showering, swimming, or washing hands — water weakens the elastic over time and can dull the carved surface.
- Put on lotion, perfume, and hairspray before you put the bracelet on. Chemicals in those products can cloud the bead finish.
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. If a bead gets visibly dusty, a barely-damp cloth is fine — dry it right after.
- Store flat in the box it came in. Hanging the bracelet on a hook for long periods stretches the elastic.
- Natural variation in bead colour, small pits, and faint veining are not defects — they are the marks of a hand-carved natural-material bead. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these.
