1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Handmade and custom items may require additional production time (7-14 days), which will be noted on the product page.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide, including:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and 20+ more
- Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the order

- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value — check our current promotions.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, and other import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 60 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
For damaged items, please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is processed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
