Are your products authentic?

Absolutely! Every product is sourced directly from certified artisan workshops, heritage craft families, and recognized masters across China. Many items come with certificates of authenticity. We guarantee 100% genuine traditional Chinese craftsmanship — no factory replicas, no mass-produced imitations.

Why do some products look slightly different from the photos?

That’s the beauty of handmade items! Because each piece is crafted by hand, there may be subtle variations in color, pattern, size, or texture. These variations aren’t flaws — they’re proof that you own a one-of-a-kind piece of cultural heritage.

Can I request a custom or personalized item?

Yes! For many of our products, customization options are available. Look for “Customizable” tags on product pages, or contact us at support@handmyth.com with your requirements. Custom items typically require 5-15 additional business days.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Select the gift-wrapping option at checkout ($4.99). Your item will arrive in premium gift packaging with a handwritten card. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, or any special occasion.

Where do you ship?

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and most of Asia. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us — we’ll try to find a solution.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location and chosen shipping method:
• Standard: 7-20 business days
• Express: 5-10 business days
• Premium: 3-7 business days

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (eligible countries). For orders under $75, standard shipping starts at just $4.99.

Will I have to pay customs/duties?

It depends on your country’s regulations. For most countries under ~$800 USD, no duties apply. For EU customers, VAT is included at checkout. For orders above thresholds, import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office for specifics.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption.

Is it safe to enter my payment info?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store your complete card number on our servers. Your payment data is safer than buying coffee with your card.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are shown in USD (US Dollars). Your bank will handle the conversion to your local currency at checkout, at their current exchange rate.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@handmyth.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order (before it enters processing). After that, cancellation depends on the order status. Contact us ASAP at support@handmyth.com.

🎨 Product Care

How do I care for my porcelain/teaware?

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. Not microwave-safe unless specified. Dry thoroughly before storing. See the product care card included with each item for specific instructions.

How do I care for jade/jewelry items?

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and extreme temperatures. Store in a soft cloth pouch when not wearing. Jade benefits from regular wear — natural body oils enhance its luster over time.

Are scented candles safe?

Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials. Trim wick to 5mm before each burn. Never leave unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
