Track Your Order

Every HandMyth parcel travels with tracking. This page explains where to find your number, what the tracking statuses actually mean, and what to do when a parcel stops moving.

1. Where to Find Your Tracking Number

  • In your dispatch email. The subject line contains your order number and the tracking number is in the body, along with a direct tracking link.
  • In your account. If you checked out with an account, it is listed against the order under My Account.
  • Not received one? Check spam first. If your order was placed more than three business days ago and there is no dispatch email, write to handmyth.com@gmail.com.

2. Tracking Has Not Updated Yet

This is the single most common worry and it is almost always normal. International tracking typically shows its first scan 24–72 hours after we hand the parcel over, and then goes quiet again while the parcel is consolidated, flown, and cleared through export. Gaps of five to seven days with no new scan are common on the China-to-Europe and China-to-US lanes.

3. What the Statuses Mean

  • Pre-shipment / information received — we have registered the parcel; the carrier has not physically scanned it yet.
  • Accepted / picked up — it has left our studio.
  • Departed from origin / export clearance — it is leaving China.
  • Arrived at destination country / import clearance — it has landed and is with customs. This stage can take anywhere from a day to two weeks and is outside our control.
  • Out for delivery / delivered — final mile.

4. Where to Enter Your Number

The tracking link in your dispatch email goes straight to the carrier handling your parcel. If you would rather check several carriers at once, universal tracking sites such as 17track.net and ParcelsApp accept the same number and will identify the carrier for you. Either route shows the same underlying data — we have no separate, more detailed view on our side.

5. How Long Should I Wait?

  • United States / Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom / European Union: 10–20 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Japan / South Korea / Singapore: 7–14 business days
  • Hong Kong SAR China / Macao SAR China / Taiwan China: 3–7 business days

Full detail, including customs and duties, is on our Shipping Policy.

6. My Parcel Is Stuck, Damaged or Missing

  • No movement for more than 10 business days: email us. We open a trace with the carrier and report back with what they actually say rather than a reassurance.
  • Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: check with neighbours and your local depot first — mis-delivery to a neighbour is the most common cause. If it is genuinely missing, tell us within 7 days and we will claim against the carrier.
  • Arrived damaged: photograph the outer box and the item and contact us within 7 days. Full detail is in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

7. Can You Change the Delivery Address?

Before dispatch, yes, free of charge — email us with your order number immediately. After dispatch we can request a redirect with the carrier, but carriers charge for it and it is not guaranteed. More on this, and on everything else about getting a parcel to you, is on our Contact page.
